At Holstery, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
